This is a building located in one of the most important coastal urbanisations in the west of Ibiza. The existing house has been completely refurbished to configure a contemporary villa with the latest trends in architecture and design.

The façades of the house have been completely renovated to give the villa a unique image in stark contrast to the more traditional finishes and colours of the neighbouring buildings. However, a neutral colour palette is maintained, which further enhances the openings and windows and, in general, the markedly linear proportion and verticality of the exterior image.
