This is a contemporary design villa, nestled in the heart of the mountains of Ibiza. The property combines sophistication with natural beauty and is the perfect place to enjoy the spectacular sea views.

The spaces combine discreet rooms for family accommodation with ample space for events and social gatherings. The design and architecture strike a balance between the strict plot conditions and local regulations with the requirements of privacy and transparency required by the property. The villa is set on a steeply sloping plot to the north and is mainly organised on one level.

The interior design has been designed in collaboration with the designer José Antonio Flores. The rustic stone walls contrast with the polished floors. A major element in the design is the client’s art collection, which is integrated into the design and enhanced by indirect lighting and natural stone displays.
